What does the HV Door Station manual state, I read one and it supports standard sip so in NS terms this is a 3rd party sip device. Not sure how you would get video to work.
You will have an errornous forward or do not disturb on your extension. Your numbering scheme is different, have you tried prefixing 720 with a * (asterix/star). Are yoou able to turn this off via MENU then Telephone Settings? Is there >>> showing on the display of your telephone extension?
These are so obsolete dating back some 18 years plus, I dont even have the software in which to program said system. Most likely need initialising and then programming from scratch but not something I would even entertain as there would be no support for it.
Check PBX Configuration -> 7 Class of Service ->1 COS Settings -> CO and SMDR Extension to CO Line Call Duration Limit is set to disable on all your trunks.
Check PBX Configuration -> 3 Group -> 1 Trunk Group -> 1 Trunk Group Settings -> MAIN set your trunk group ext to co duration time to None

DT900 can be used on a CP10 but I dont think this 32 key is compatible for the SV9100, this is for the Univerge Blue. I'm certainly struggling finding any firmware for it.
Thanks for that. Your CPU is a standard so there's no DSP resources, if you wish for the IP phone to access trunks you will need the voipdb card or the Advanced CPU card.
An IP Terminal can send and receive RTP packets to/from another IP Terminal without using the DSP
resources on the VoIPDB. This operation only allows intercom calls between the IP Terminals.
If a digital multiline terminal or trunk is part of the call a DSP resource on the VoIPDB is required...
ok so lets go to basics. I presume you have analog lines
Line set to DIL in 22-02 and since this is 'night' I presume this is mode 2 and that is set to DIL for all lines connected to CCU
I also presume you are not using InMail or VRS (Auto Attendent)
DIL destination is set to 250 in 22-07...
