Is there a way I can integrate the yealink phone to get the users (name and extension) from the IP Office?. There is an option in yealink phone that it can HTTP to an IP and download the contacts or directory, is there a path on the IPOffice that can be used to download the users info?

Hi We have a VDD that routes to hunt group and that hunt group has no members but it has cov path that goes to coverage answer group..
the issue is when internal callers call that vdn, and the call is answered by Coverage answer group member.at the caller end, it displays the wrong name of the...
so it seems like that some intervening regions have bandwidth limitation on them which causes this issue when they been slammed with a large number of call volume.

Sometime, when an agent tries to release a call, instead of going to after call work, it goes ready, and he gets a dial tone!!
Any ideas what is happening here?

* When I do a change station 103, it opens station form 103. like any other extension. the dial plan has no 3-digit defined as extensions tho!!![ponder]
* Under station form 103, the TN is set to 1 same as the other extensions that are working.

I did Cha dial ana and I can see Dialed String= 7 Total length= 4 is set as pext. the extension Im trying to trace is 103 but I can't because that error. not sure what to do or what to check!!!!
there are some rooms that when they dial 9 to dial out, they get a fast busy.
Ive checked the COR and COS and seems like there is no restriction whatsoever. the same COR and COS is used with other rooms, but some can dial out and some can't!
The ones that can't dial out, can dial internally ok...

the headset stops working randomly during the day, and they have to disconnect and reconnect the headset to work. they have the latest windows and driver updates.

I was trying to do a list trace to a station but in gives me an error "Extensions defined only as pextension in dialplan cannot be specified"!
Is there a way I can trace those kind of stations?
the network region for remote users is setup to use DSP resources. Direct IP is set to NO (both Intra and Inter region), hairpinning is set to NO
Sorry, what does that mean "identifying the IP range used"? if you mean in Ip network map, they are already set!
Ive reached to Their Firewall/IT and they said "no restrictions for the vpn users and if it's the firewall then the issue will be consistent!"
Not sure how to prove if its a firewall or something else. I also checked the DSP in the gateways, and they have more than enough, and no faults shown.
