    There is a device called cpc-1 from Viking that will do a disconnect after a period of time.This drops the trunk from the CO.I had a Hotel that was doing the same thing.It's been 2 months and they have had no issues.

    Sounds like ten 2 and 3 are still in night service. Go to form 30 and allow ten 2 and 3 to be switched by ten 1.Put the system in and out of night service from console. If console is ten 1 this will put ten 2 and 3 out of service.
