I have three tenants set up for one site per the hotels brand standards.
Tenant 1 is for Admin phones
T 2 is for Guest room phones
T 3 is for Common area phones (pool, Lobby etc..) that are not allowed to dial guest room phones but can dial admin phones.
The issue I'm running into is with the Dial 0 in the rerouting table.
Tenants 1, 2, and 3 Station Dial 0 and Priority Dial 0 are set to Day: LDN Key 651 programmed on console. Night 1 & 2 : ext 408 Cordless Phone
If 0 is dialed from an admin phone, it rings the LDN key 651.
If 0 is dialed from a guest room phone, it rings the cordless phone ext 408
If 0 is dialed from a common area phone, it rings the cordless phone ext 408
The console is in Day mode and was not in Night 1 or Night 2 mode during testing.
Why would Dial 0 in Tenant 2 & 3 skip over or ignore the the LDN key 651 in Day mode and ring ext 408?
Any and all positive input is appreciated. Thanks
