The only 2 documented by Avaya when I looked into this a while back were:

In theory USB MoH should work with any sound card which has a Linux ALSA driver, I've also tested some really cheap $5 ebay ones and they work too
the LVM process for custom AA's and greetings under embedded seems to differ slightly between versions, make sure you read and follow the instructions to a tee from the specific Install and maintenance manual for your version and it should work smoothly.
did you setup an incoming call route with the mobile cli?
I have it working here, incoming call route to *89 shortcode with FNE Service as the feature.
I have experience this as well, I cant fix it until I have a site with embedded and IPOSS to raise it with Avaya
(sucks how you have to pay to point out issues with their product to them)
work around was to manually record an announcement (system shortcode *91xxx# where XXX= huntgroup...
Had this issue a while back
Sollution was to extend the mobile phones voicemail answer time beyond the no-answer time on the IPO or disable the mobile phones voicemail all together.
Finally found something in an Avaya Powerpoint Doc..
The following USB audio devices have been tested:

Note that while testing has been performed with these devices, Avaya will not provide support for the devices. USB MoH should work with any sound...
