    T7208 - Moving Intercom Buttons

I've done that, but it has not changed anything on the rest. I even closed and re-opened the BCM manager software to make sure it wasn't an error in just showing it... but it's still showing as 6 - Intercom 7 - Intercom 8 - Speakerphone/Handsfree [sadeyes]

Chime at start of voice prompt?

I am talking about the auto attendant. If the auto attendant answers, or if I answer, customer gets confused because they don't know if the auto attendant is a real person (for the first part of the greeting), and sometimes they think that I am the auto attendant. :) But yeah. Easy fix, but...

Chime at start of voice prompt?

Hi everyone, Just asking for an opinion here. Sometimes our front desk agent answers the phone, sometimes not... hence the prompting system kicks in. We've had several customers mention that they don't realize that it's a person, or that it's the prompting system sometimes.. They can't make...

Using a 3 digit extension as a call forward option

Sorry I got confused with these explanations as I am not an advanced coder. I know that it will use the two lines... I am not talking about doing a manual transfer (although that it is manual or not, it would most likely still use the two lines) This is for when I don't answer the "front...

Using a 3 digit extension as a call forward option

I've already done this in the past where they would just press option (for example) 5, and it would do a dial out to one of our staff out west. But the thing is I don't see any way to have option "223" do the same because that's an "extension", and not the same as "option 5". That's what I...

Using a 3 digit extension as a call forward option

Hello, Here's the scenario... One of our employees work at, let's say, extention 223. Now, she is moving to a different state/province and is going to work for us from her home. Is there a way that when people press 223 on our prompting system that it forwards the call to her new home phone...

CLID Routing to Reject Unwanted Calls

I'm not going to pretend to know which section is inter connected to which section in BCM, but I know for a fact when I add numbers I want to block in that list all it does is play a short message I recorded and it disconnects the call. No option to leave a voice mail. Tested it and it works. I...

CLID Routing to Reject Unwanted Calls

I don't even bother with voicemail. I've set it to throw the call to a fake line so it auto disconnect. Just too bad it has to ring on my phone first. But it's ok. Better than nothing.

CLID Routing to Reject Unwanted Calls

All calls comes through my phone. I act as "first line", so I guess it's like you say... it has to ring a certain number of times before the system actually recognize the number. And unfortunately I can't mute the ring since I am the one who answers all calls. Too bad I don't know how to code...

CLID Routing to Reject Unwanted Calls

Hello everyone, After reading many threads I have been able to find out how to set a CLID Routing Table to send certain unwanted calls to a fake CCR tree that will disconnect the call itself. Only problem is I still hear that phone call ring through my phone before the CLID routing kicks in...
