    Great. We can eliminate the IP Endpoints and IP Office version. Have you tried the reset/clear commands on the phone? I have to go, but maybe someone else can continue troubleshooting with you.

    Yes, back in to program with CRAFT. If you go in and blank out your static addresses, router, mask that you entered it will put it back in DHCP mode.

    So just to be clear. you hit * to program and typed CRAFT to get into the settings. You checked everything and entered all the correct settings for where your phone switch is and such. Where does the phone get to before it restarts? What's the last message (if any) on phone that you see?

    Sounds like it might be configured as SIP phone instead of a H.323 type. Did you try changing it to a default setup? It might need the firmware changed.

    Last time I tried a time profile it didn't work. It would just give a busy signal when button pushed and would never go away.
