Telus call forward on Galaxy Mini

I have just installed a mini for a customer, who has now informed me they use Telus call forwarding on line 1 to forward to a call service after hours(they have 4 lines) Just wondering the easiest way so they can seize line 1 and dial the *72 and *73 feature codes (I now, default feature codes...

Panasonic KX - TDE600 FWD calls

If you are specifically talking wired extension and wireless Dect extension, go to 4.1.1 Option 1 and add the wireless extension number in the Wireless XDP field and the two devices will be paired.

    SIP DID to ring group

Thanks. I will give those options a try and see what the client likes best.

    SIP DID to ring group

What is the best way to get a SIP DID to ring multiple extensions on an SL2100? I have a customer with multiple DIDs, but they want their main number to ring a half dozen extensions. Thanks

One way audio on remote 5010w

I'm trying to set up a Infinity 5010w as a remote set off a Galaxy 250. I am only getting one way audio (outbound call, I can hear recipient, they can't hear me). SIP ALG is disabled. 10000-12999 forwarded at both Galaxy site (to Galaxy) and remote site (to phone).

    Panasonic Dect Solution

Panasonic DECT PS are few and far between. If you want to keep your client in Panasonic sets, you could move them to an E-metrotel with a DSM for the digital extensions. You could then use SNOM or other SIP wireless handsets.

KX-TDE100 going out of service, and in service.

This is most likely a power supply problem. The other, less frequent, culprit causing this kind of trouble is a bad SD card.

    Mic port on Galaxy Mini

DOes anyone know if you can use the 3.5 mic input on a mini for music on hold? And if so, how do you enable it?

blocking "0"for a line as i want users to always use the verification feature.

In your Class of Service settings, make sure the system speed dial TRS setting is the same value as the rest, and not 1 (default).

    NS1000 and SIP

Thanks for all the help. Turns out the client had installed a wireless printer and given it the same IP as my DSP resource. When the ARP went out from the Meraki, if the printer responded first, RTP traffic routed to it instead of the DSP card. If the phone system responded on the next one, it...

    NS1000 and SIP

Codecs and NAT settings in PBX are identical to a working unit using the same SIP provider. Meraki does not do ALG or SIP helpers, and port forwarding is done. Problem is intermittent, and only on inbound audio, regardless of which endpoint originates the call.

    NS1000 and SIP

I am transitioning a client onto SIP trunks on an NS1000 with Legacy chassis. I am getting intermittent one way inbound audio and I'm not sure why. One second, the caller is there, the next they can hear me but I just get dead air. Trunks are routed through a Meraki router managed by an IT...

    Sx200 and invalid extension

I'll try that tomorrow and let you know. Right now I've got them in Nights 1 and it rings direct to the reception console

    Sx200 and invalid extension

I have a hotel client with an SX200 that has suddenly started being flakey. When the AA kicks in it gives you the option to dial 0 for reservations. 0 is a hunt group for the console and sub console. Worked fine until today. Now it transfers and you get invalid extension. Dialing 0 internally...

    TDA50 PS registering

Do you have access to the Panasonic maintenance console? It is easiest to register portables via the console. What portable and base station?

Multiple extensions to a single info mailbox on Callpilot

Thanks curlycord. Upon further investigation it turns out the issue is happening right at the auto attendant. If calls hand up without inputting a dtmf, the auto attendant hangs on and rings the operator. Tried setting the operator elsewhere and disabling the general delivery mailbox but the...

Multiple extensions to a single info mailbox on Callpilot

Does anyone out there know if you can point multiple extensions to forward to an information mailbox on no answer? I've inherited a MICS with a Callpilot 150. The AA picks up and allows callers to Extension dial or press a CCR option. If callers pick an extension (none of which have mailboxes)...
