blocking "0"for a line as i want users to always use the verification feature.

Hi there,

I have a panasonic kx ns500 PABX. I have setup the pin verification feature which works. However if i pickup a handset and dail 0 , i get a line without needing a verification code. How do i block the 0 line out and force all users to use the pin verification code ???

In your Class of Service settings, make sure the system speed dial TRS setting is the same value as the rest, and not 1 (default).

In COS Settings/ CO & SMDR change Accont code Mode from Option to Forced
