I have set MCR up to over 10 2616s under the 81c environment. I am thinking to hold customers calls overflowed when line was all busy or only few operator can handle that MCR. Is there way to hold those customers calls like music on hold rather than forward to voicemail? Any thought...

Is there anyone who tried to get into CLI of CS1K1 using RS232C w/external 56K modem from Windows7. We recently changed our console laptop from XP to 7, but we are still using the dialup connection using DN to get into CLI for its maintenance. I tried few set-up, but didn't work.
One of the our PBX have replaced to 7.5, and I need to just figure out how to find the disabled TN and to enable it on the UCM. We can use CLI, but I would like to know the other way to do.
