I have set MCR up to over 10 2616s under the 81c environment. I am thinking to hold customers calls overflowed when line was all busy or only few operator can handle that MCR. Is there way to hold those customers calls like music on hold rather than forward to voicemail? Any thought would be appreciated. Thanks!
