MIX DN automatically goes to ACDN

Hello,

Hopefully someone had similar experiences.
One of our branch has Opt11c, and DN 3444 has been assigned to 500 and 3904 (key 03), as mix type. But, cause of some reason, all incoming call to 3444 directly goes to the voicemail of 58xx, ACDN. So. I need to fix this as all incoming goes to key 03 of 3904. I tried to check the features, MARP, and parm, but I can not find it out so far...

If you have any idea about it, please response. I really appreciate it.
 
when the MARP set is on MSB or has a CFWD active, the call will follow that path, did you check that?
Please post a TRAC (LD 80) of the 3904 TN, as well as a PRT (LD 20)
To doublecheck also to a PRT of the 500

Actually, there was no trac showed up when I tried to trac the subject DN on LD 80. I have completely no idea.

you need to MARP the ext on the 3904

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS AND AVAYA
 
I already tried that, but it still goes to voicemail of 5810 (ACDN).
 
Check in LD 49 to see if there is an IDC table built that is converting the number to the different extension as it comes in to the PBX.
 
Under LD 49, it shows as below:

DCNO 2
SDID NO
IDGT CDGT
3444 5810

Do I need to change the converted digit of 5810 to 3444??

Okay, now it doesn't go to the ACDN 5810 once I made a change for CDGT to 3444.
