I recently re-installed a partner ACS 3.0 system with a 6.0 upgrade card and a "PARTNER Messaging" module (ID # V700323207). All seems fine except that when I press intercom and dial 777 I get a busy signal. The green light is illuminated on the Messaging module.
I downloaded the manual and will do my best to avoid "going to the well" until I have exhausted all other resources. I really do appreciate all of your advice and patience.
Will this work on a night menu or only on a day manu? Also I programmed a button on ext 10 for night service but when pressed the light flashes. Is that normal or did I not do some programming that I was supposed to?
Is there a way to have messaging repeat the day menu after it plays rather than transferring at the end of the message? Also is it possible to repeat messages by pressing a single digit rather than * #.
Is it possible to replace my 308 acs r3 with a 509 r8 or will I have to change my other 308 modules as well? Is there someplace that I can view the additional features of the 509 r8 vs. the 306 r6? I'm trying to decide on upgrading with a r6 card vs. a new 509 r8 module.
Living in a state that only requires one party consent to record a phone call, is there any way to remove the start message (recording started) from the partner messaging record a call feature.
I currently have an ACS r3 in a 308 module. What is the newest version of Partner ACS that I can upgrade to? Where can I purchase one? Is there any reason to purchase a new module rather than an upgrade card?
Is there a way after messaging picks up and plays the message: "press 1 for service, press 2 for sales, 3 for emergencies" if 3 is pressed to then forward the call to an outside (cell) line?
Messaging picks up the first call as expected. When a second call comes in on the same line immediately after the 1st call hangs up the call goes immediately to ext 20 (fax) which has been excluded fron messaging.
Lets say you are are on a call and the caller asks for drections, is there any way to send the call to recording that would provide a precoded et directins?
