I have an 0x32 where users Feature 4....hit transfer 9 & join to transfer off site to a CICS via copper lines
Trouble is, often lines at forwarding system remain " in use" after call ends. This requires the end user to reboot system to clear the lines ideas?
just replaced an old 8 x 24 with 0 x 32 with copper lines...client claims old system blocked outgoing caller id on copper lines and I have never known a way to do that on o X 32
salvaged from working environment......patches probably not up to date.....using it to replace a failing bcm 400
did reboot a couple times.......I think you hit it with the Java issue ....exploring that now
Have a BCM 400 and I am trying to change DTI module from lan to pri
When I go into Resources - media modules
the message "telephony programming is not available. Please try again later"
get the same message if I click on Telephony
Help! I am onsite
yes....it was the failure of the service provider to pass thru DTMF.......although I had reported this to them on a trouble ticket......I had to use the monitor to prove they had not corrected the problem.....thanks everyone for all your help
Had BCM 50 for 2 years on copper, had no problems......... client switches to PRI handoff....now cannot direct dial extensions thru auto attendant......just ends up in general delivery mailbox
BCM working on analog lines trouble free for years. Recently just added & DTI trunk cartridge for PRI handoff from cicso router supplied by ATT.
On National dialing plan, Added local prefixes for 10 digit calling. Tested during cutover, called a 972 prefix for testing long distance, tested ok...
I have to replace my laptop.....newer laptops with windows 7 or windows 8...do these operating systems allow one to access the BCM or Ayaya IP?? can you install the old Nortel Remote Utilities on these newer operating systems
