nortel 0x32 with copper

just replaced an old 8 x 24 with 0 x 32 with copper lines...client claims old system blocked outgoing caller id on copper lines and I have never known a way to do that on o X 32
 
8x24 and 0x32 would be the same. The only way to block caller ID is to use a destination code that adds *67 to the line prior the number.

Thanks...I have only used dest & routes with T-1's before and not in this application. Reall appreciate your help
