Does anyone know where i can find this software? i've tried searching the avaya website but it is a fail. I can only find version 9 which doesnt help me right now as the client is only on release 8.1. I have tried the ipoffice info website but the links are dead ends.

I don't know why. She told me that she could do it on her old telephone system so she wants it to stay that way. I don't pretend to understand how they think. Was just wondering if it was possible without using the buttons configured for each line.

This is probably a stupid question but the client is being difficult.
They want to check the line status (in service/out of service) with a shortcode. I did say they can use the buttons on the phone but they chose not to go for that option.
Basically she just wants to check for dial tone...
Do any of you know if the system keeps a longer audit trail somewhere on the SD card that i can pull off?
I know the system gives me the option to view the audit trail but i feel it is a bit limited.
