I have been given the glorious opportunity to train a sales person and a copier technician on the basics of the IP Office telephone system.. Training is not my strong point.
So my question is where would be a good place to start? I know the best place to start would be telling my boss to pay for training but I doubt that will happen.
I've linked them to the YouTube training videos but more than that I don't know. Unfortunately patience is not my strong point either and they don't listen. Is there a Dummies Guide to the Avaya that i can staple to their forehead?
