That's something I had considered but right now I want to work on it myself.
Making good progress now, the automated VMPro fix is ready. A little video of it in action here. It fixes the issue where VMPro Client shows a taskbar icon but doesn't open. The issue is that the registry keys that...
Agree with kwing there.
While technically possible, opening the IP Office up to the public internet is a huge security risk.

It's been a little while since I last released an update, but something new is coming!
I have been working on developing System Status Launcher into a more complete toolset for IP Office engineers.
This isn't ready for release yet, this is just a little preview of what's to come...
Hi All,
I just recently released a brand new version with a lot of changes.
v1.3.1:
Fixed UI scaling bug with the Copy System IP button.
v1.3:
Removed minimize to tray when you minimize the window. This is now a menu option instead.
Overhauled how the application stores settings. No...
Potentially codec related? Codec mismatch between the voicemail and the PBx.
Might be worth seeing if you can port mirror from the PBx and grab a wireshark trace

Yeah, you can also do it in the ARS table. What you're basically doing is having the PBx re-add the area code before it's sent out over the SIP trunk.

Depends on the areacode. If it's for London then it's easy.
Shortcode: 3N;
Feature: Dial
Number: 0203N
rinse and repeat for 7 and 8.

Obviously check for...
I can give you the template when I am back in the office next week. It was built for 9.1 but hopefully should still work in 9.0. The settings are pretty much the same anyway.
I would agree with the others though, SIP does work a lot better in 9.1 and above.

You only need to put the signalling IP on the SIP trunk. Media is negotiated automatically.
Just need to make sure there is an IP route for both.
I have a template I can send you if you like!

Interesting. I still think it may well come down to the same firmware bug though.
I wish you luck in dealling with Avaya support. Please do report back with your findings. I would be good to compare notes! [smile]

Hi,
I have a lot of experience of this issue.
It feels the last two months of my life have been trying to prove to Avaya that this is a firmware bug.
I finally got a resolution from tier 4 support at Avaya.
The workaround at the moment is to turn on direct media path on all IP phones...
