Hello all, Is anyone aware of a way to have a user be able to use the Feature Manager in Equinox to put themselves in/out of a hunt group? We have used shortcodes in the contacts to achieve this but is seems rather hoakey. From what I can find it may be a Aura feature? Thanks

I think I found the issue. Apparently you have to log into the app server via Manager and DISABLE DHCP. Nice.

The IPOffice service isnt available under the system tab in the web control. How else would you see if it is running? The only thing I could see happening is that even though the ISO was told to set up as a app server, some part of the IPOffice service is getting by.

Hello all, I recently had a new install with a IPO chassis and Application server running on the customer supplied VMWare host. Both were 9.1.7. Long story short we found that the application server was handing out DHCP. How is this possible and has anyone else run into this? Thanks S

So if I upload the config from just the expansion I should be ok? I was concerned I was going to have to reboot the server and possibly the other expansion.

Just trying to get a consensus on the steps involved with swapping a SD card on a expansion chassis. This is at a auto dealership so minimal downtime is important. They have a server edition running 9.1 with two expansions with PRI and IP phones registering to each chassis. We had a mix up with...

Thanks everyone for the response. I was able to reformat the sd card in 9.0 then upload the saved config. This was the first time I have run into one of these older PRI cards...I know now for next time!

So I unknowingly upgraded a system with a legacy PRI card. Ive tried to downgrade back to 9.0 with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. It it a V2 originally at 8.0.56 I took it to 9.0 then 9.1. Thanks

I am trying to get a remote phone up. The remote site has Comcast for their ISP and a Technicolor TC8305C modem/router. I did have success with it at our office and two other locations. (All three were with Time Warner ISP) The phone will register...sorta. But it will just say "phone" and have...
