Some agents are complaining that all their calls go on hold when they come through, the agents have to press "resume" to take the call, what could cause the issue? We use CM6. Only a couple of agents are affected.

I didn't set it up. I work for an IT company and we do troubleshooting for IP telephony. The phones are 9600 phones. That reported the issue and I need to log in to their switch and fix the issue. I know it's frustrating as I can't give more info but that's all I have now.
