PSA issue, phones not logging in

Hello guys,

One of my clients reported that they recently moved some avaya phones and they use PSA. They reported that some of the phones can't login via PSA. I checked with the display station command and they are definitely not connected. Any advice? Other phones can login fine via PSA.
 
are they connected to a digital port at the new location, I assume these are digital ports.

They are connected to a digital port yes. What I don't get is that all the other phones can log in but not these 3.
 
what type of phones are these three? exactly what is the procedure on how you are doing this?

I didn't set it up. I work for an IT company and we do troubleshooting for IP telephony. The phones are 9600 phones. That reported the issue and I need to log in to their switch and fix the issue. I know it's frustrating as I can't give more info but that's all I have now.
 
well that's a different story as 9600 series phones are ip not digital, make sure they have a log in code so that can hot desk, so have them log out, go to new location log out old phone and log in their phone. pretty straight forward.

strupar007, didn't don on me yesterday but yes sounds like you are on a cm platform, intrigrant has provided the correct link for cm issues
