    Sorry I haven't explained exactly. No mailbox on 1234 if calls are unanswered they forward to 5678. However if i dial 5678 directly and its unanswered I get voicemail. If I dial 1234 the it's forwarded to 5678 and unanswered it rings continuously. Cheers
