Not TLS problem, It was being upgraded to 5.5 when could access upload of files and stupidly I defaulted system so now have no maintainence access to finish process. Was hoping there were some recovery files to put it back to how it was, then start process again.

yes i do get confirmation tone, I also get broken dial tone, it just wont transfer

Hi. I have a customer with a panasonic kx-tes824. Calls are routed through DISA. The problem is that if a caller hangs up before end of message call is still put through to ring group and nobody is there when they answer it. Are there any timers to adjust to stop this?

Hi, I am trying to set up a PGDAD to ring an external bell in an engine room, I have set the jumpers ok and have given it an ACI port number and ACI group number. How do I get this to ring when a department group is rung, i.e ring department group 604 the external bell has to ring too.
