Offnet transfer not working on slt

Hi,

I am working on an Ipecs 300.
I have a DDi direct at an extension which is an SLT.
The extension has offnet fwd enabled in attributes.
When i try to do and offnet call forward it just rings the phone,
the code I am using is (554 6 Spd2001) I have also tried (554 1 907817 ??????) to no avail.

Just to add,
If I ring the DDi I can transfer the call to Spd2001 ok

554 6 Spd2001 should work if you have not changed the code 554 for forwarding.
Do you get the confirmation tone after pressing 554 6 Spd2001 ?

yes i do get confirmation tone, I also get broken dial tone, it just wont transfer

What type of trunks do you have ?

Things to check , does your slt have x2 loop keys programmed as the first two line keys.
Is it not 554,5 Speed dial???

Pgm 111 flex 2/18 is call forward/off net enabled on the station.

Pgm 166 co to co cos

On the IPECs you dial 5541 speed 2001 etc. Not sure on the SLT's. there is no option on the display of the IP phone for 6.

Could be wrong but try 5541 558 2001 from an SLT.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!
