One last question: Somehow I have lost the ability to answer incoming DID calls to my extension. Inn other words when someone calls me on my direct number my phone will ring but I am unable to answer it. Not sure what I did to do that. Any suggestions? Thanks

Here's what I did: I setup the receptionist phone for DIT. Setup CF /NA on same phone to go to VM Setup remaining extensions for SIE call pickup on LK2 and CO1 on LK1, now they can answer incoming call and if nobody picks up VM picks it up. I think this will work. Thank you so much for your help.

I had to check my records and it looks like our present Attendant console is on EXT 139. So it looks like from what your saying is that I can add an attendant console to an existing phone in the second location and add an attendant console to it.

Got it. Rechecked and we have our phones setup for CAR on Line 13. Compared a working extension to this one and found LK13 was set to LK2 CO mode. Changed it to LK5-03 and tried it and it worked. Thanks.

I looked at the extention with 4-12 and 4-43 and it looked like it was setup correctly.
