DID to ext ringing cant pickup on NEC Elite

Hey Guys,
I ran into this before but I cant remember what the deal was but here is my problem.
I added an ext to my system and assigned it a DID number. When you call that DID number the phone will ring but you cant pick it up.
I know its simple I just seem to figure it out. Lost my notes on it from last time.

Forgot to mention that when the extention rings and I pick up the handset to answer I get ERROR on the display.

You need to assign the phone a call appearance key.

I looked at the extention with 4-12 and 4-43 and it looked like it was setup correctly.

Got it. Rechecked and we have our phones setup for CAR on Line 13.
Compared a working extension to this one and found LK13 was set to LK2 CO mode. Changed it to LK5-03 and tried it and it worked.
