If only it was that simple- the fallback only works if there is no response. in my instance there is always a response as the SCN is up- just poor quality so i cannot invoke the fallback.

As an update- *17 works fine but defeats the object of visual voice. so its the Visual Voice side of things that aren't working.

It is more cost effective to go to 8.1 and then get IPOSS which gives upgrade to 9.03 than straight to 9.03- and i am always nervous of upgrading to the latest release because of the bugs.LOL
Voicemail is centralised VMPro- 1608 Handsets were on firmware 1.330d but i upgraded them...
I had this a while ago- you will need to raise a case with Avaya to investigate the feature Key history. They removed the licences and regenerated them for me and sent me the new .zip file.
You may need to go through your Disti for this.
