I did an install with 5603s last week and for some reason had that stuck in my head, It is indeed a 5624, a quick look on edocs and its 40022 i need.

I need to add a new SSID onto a 5603 without it being on the network, I'm sure there is an admin code that you can enter to set up the handset from the phone display.I can't for the life of me find it in the manual can anyone remember what it is?
I should have put I'm on the latest firmware and using the latest version of PDM.
After a bit of trial and error I figure it out. The handsets had been set to World global 802.11 and after I changed this to ETSI the handsets reconnected.

I have just tested this inhouse with our MXe as a trunking gateway housing the path while the agent on a vMCD. When i put the call on hold with the agent I got the MOH of the trunking gateway.
I have been trying to find a solution for this problem and not having much joy.
The set up for the site is a standard multi node system. Calls come into a Trunking gateway which has the paths programmed on which distributes calls to an MXe server which has agents goups, agents and devices...
