Single Line to Multicall

How do i change a single line to a multi call? When i call a user and if she is not their at the desk its set up to mutlicall to another user however the user picks up the phone and automatically answers the phone (without pressing the multicall button)

Err, if its a multicall then it would ring at both stations at once so maybe its just a forward.

If you programme a multicall key on the extension you are forwarding (using the main extension number as its target) to now it will automatically become a multicall on the main extension. Main extension can pick up calls but secondary will have to press key.

If you want it so the user can answer the call without having to press the multi call button you will have to change the COS on that extension to have ringing line select set to yes.

Select "Yes" to permit a person using a Mitel display telephone to answer a ringing, non-prime line appearance at their set by going off-hook.
