Ringing tone on 5000 when using STAR

Hi guys

I am in the uk and have installed a 5000 on release 6. We are using the STAR for auto day and night. However during the day the star goes to a cra with a timing destination of a hunt group. That all works great apart from the ringing tone the caller hears is very American. It's a quick double ring and it does sound strange. When I point the number direct to the hunt group it rings normally

Any ideas how I can change that?

This is a long standing complaint for us on the Mitel 5000 i`ve had so many complains from customers after installs so much so i recommend avoiding using a STAR all together, on a side note i had a conversation with a colleague yesterday about this and UK alog CLI, the developers may be looking into this now so fingers crossed

You could just do what we have done in the past. Upload UK ringtone tone as a fail based MOH.
