I thought about rebooting it. Sadly, off hours for me is anywhere from around midnight-5:30AM.
I don't understand the comment about lighting a user with a MIC key.
Good question. Call Pilot. I can login to the Call Pilot admin console via HTTP. Users are getting to the VM system by pressing the message button on the phone. The indicator light just isn't workinig.
I have no explanation why, but our indicator lights for new VM messages are not working on any of our phones. I've checked the forums here, any way to diagnose this easily?
Good catch. The first one I think is a technical support line, I have to check the users phone.

I've been going through it all. I might be able to convert some conference rooms to analog phones, put in a conference phone, and everyone thinks it's an upgrade. We have a building closure line I can convert to analog. I have some weird phones as well:

I have a feeling this isn't going to end well. I guess I'll get a hold of the company that installed it and see what they say. I am correct that I can add another DLC card and pickup 4 extensions though?
Here is the output from the SLT

Is adding more Digital Line Cards (and associated TNs) as simple as purchasing them (eBay), and sliding them into the chassis? I'm sure there is some programming involved, I'm hoping the experts here could provide some pointers. The chassis has plenty of open slots, and all 20 of the slots...
My rapidly expanding company has finally run up against the upper limit of our DID range. I need to add a new range of extensions without DID. The numbers will be reached by dialing our main number, then entering one of the new extensions, 6700-6799. I've done a little searching around and...
I have an extension that I believe used to part of a group, that I'd like to free up for use. When I do a PRT of all extensions, it lists this:
DN 6619
TYPE ACDN
And that's. I'd like to change it to a 3902 and give it a TN. The rest of our phones look like this:
DN 6617
CPND...
I have a DN I need to ring on 2 separate TNS. There is already a phone programmed at the location, and I tried a CHG with no success. From what I've read, you need to have a phone already programmed at the extension. Here is the PRT of the phone I'm trying to overwrite:
DN 6663

I'm lost here. I know enough of our nortel phone system to be dangerous. I have 2 phones that I want to out, but I can't because they have a BFTN associated with them as seen here:
