is it possible to automatically log off by an agent once the office time finished.
eg 5 pm
agent came at 8 am start log on and when shift finished agent forget to log off.
so can we schedule auto log off in OSCC v10

Able to log In in phone
Also able to change the state to available
But the calls are not landing in Agent extensions
The agent state show UNKNOWN in real time report view

I have installed OSB X8 V7 system and calls forwarding is not happening in SIP trunk.
Check with ITSP provider they said they are getting CSeq:parameter with many digits Example:CSeq:1565279771 INVITE
Itmust be Cseq:1 INVITE
can any one please guide me to resolve this issue.
