when i upgrade it done but with database unable to upgrade error
in v10 r0 the agent status is showing unknown
V9.0 was installed working fine,but in v10 i am getting these new issues.
The agent real time status is not showig ,due to tahtcalls are disconnected befor e it goes to agent
