can any help to resolve the below issue.
Normal outbound calls are working but when the extension not answered the calls are not forwarding to mobile number.
ITSP put the trace and told that national code is appearing in the invite and to message.
It should be 0502828214
but it appear here 011502828214.
11 is the national code adding in dialed number.
