OSCC V10 Calls are not landing in agent extensions

Hi friends ,

Installed OSCC V10 R0.0.0 on Openscape 4000 V8.
Agents are using CP 600 HFA phones
Able to log In in phone
Also able to change the state to available
But the calls are not landing in Agent extensions
The agent state show UNKNOWN in real time report view

If any one face the problem and resolve please guide me
 
Dear Friends
Can any one guide me how to upgrade the data base of oscc v10 r0 to r3

I tried many times but in end getting error
 
un monitored extension error giving while logging in for voice through agent portal
