They are AB I believe. No, they are not paying for them. They have some deal where you send in the old cards and they upgrade them for a price. I think it is around 200$ but not sure (cheaper than buying a new one i guess)

Is this a CPPM sig server? We had a similar issue and it is an issue with the log files not clearing or something like that. Avaya suggested putting a larger hard drive on until a fix was created
