    Morning, Is there a way to disable the private message option? Customers is saying that when the VMs are sent to a shared email box for the Nurses, it is not there once it is marked as private. It is only at the phone. I believe that private VMs are not forwarded. Thanks, Chaz

    Thanks. I got the group fwd out working for the night time. That works great. Just need to have the group containing multiple members terminate to a single mailbox after the ring cycle.

    They are getting second dial tone when dialing 1 plus 800 numbers, or just 800. Internal at the HQ is fine, just the new remotes 9611Gs are having an issue. Making local calls is working good. Thanks Chaz
