I guess what you want is a call pickup group.
There is both Directed pickup or group pickup.
In simple the steps are,
Create RNPG in the phones TNB with CLS PUA.
Configure key RNP.
Then toggle with DPUA, GPUA.
Configure FFC's PUGR and PUGN accordingly.
It is a general recommendation to patch through the Patching Manager.
But i do it through the CLI everytime. There was an issue with CLI as curtismo said.
