CDR (not working properly)
guys can you please help me. We have nortel opt. 81c and suddenly the cdr is not working properly. All incoming call, operator's console outgoing calls, and sometimes local outgoing calls only recorded in CDR. MOst outgoing calls made by other local line is not recorded in Cdr. But all outgoing calls made by operator's console is recorded.

Do the trunks routes have CDR=YES, INC=YES, OAL=YES

Is there a PC used for CDR? Is that working OK?

What about the Stat of TTY ports.
Ld 37> Stat TTY.

Trying disabling and enabling it.
Do a dummy/blank change to the ADAN TTY data for that particular TTY.

Doesn't make a lot of sense to me that the CDR ports have sch and bug defined. They should only have cty. Also you have BDI on in your CDR data which is for CDR over ethernet. What exactly are you using for CDR?
