Im trying to activate a callers/call log soft key
I have done what they say in the book.

Under services:
Options/call log options/Log all calls has been enabled.

Under Settings:
When selecting Keys/features/callers list, the phone screen says Web error server error try later.

AST= 00 01
IAPG = 1
CLS=CDNA

I thought I would get a soft key to appear that says callers like on the 3903's..but I get nothing, is call log even supported?

Thank you,

i think you have to enable it on the sig server also for IP phones.

You have to enable the callers logs, redial list on the signaling server for it to work on IP phones.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

Callers List always shows 0 calls and New Call Indication doesn't work. Extn needs CLS of CNDA.

Taurus and IP sets.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Thank you, I will look for those features and enable them.

The Application Server for the Personal Directory, Callers List, and Redial List features (IP Phones Application Server) runs on the Signaling Server. The Callers List and Redial List are call log features.

1.) enable Personal Directory service in "Node configuration" interface in Element Manager.

2.) In Element Manager-IP Telephony-Personal Directories - Enter the 'Server IP' as SS ELAN IP address .

Click Submit.
And reboot SS.

We dont have element mamanger..all we have is the TM for the PBX. Are there any ld 117 commands that can accomplish this? None of the commands I found address this. The only other thing we have is the actual Sigserv which is Linux based and the only command I know for that is reboot. I would have thought the vendor would have enabled this feature on the install since all of our hard phones have this capability.

You can enter Sigserver by IE then follow the steps of intelligentium.

Finally got back to this.. Thanks Intelligentium, I got it working althought a reboot was not necessary.
