Finally we figure it out, the problem was that in the server utility we had configured the ip address for the node we configured on the CS1K when the IP address we had to use is the one of the ELAN of the CS1K instead.
Now all services are working ok!!!
What i think it would help you is the use of Cisco Embedded Event Manager on you router which is supported.
This will allow you to detect the failure with in the VPN connecting and then send a reset for the VPN so it can immediately reestablished in case of lost of communications between the...
You have to configure 2 tunnels using the two routers at the same time, i would probably use ip sla in combiation with policy based routing.
If you could be more specific with the infrastructure you are using I could help you better.
We erase and restore the node that has to be configured on the CS1K in order to establish a communication with the AACC.
We are not able to see the port 8888 enabled in the node IP address. Without it we wont be able establish the communication between both.
Any ideas?
There is something new with this case, we found with a sniffer that there is connection attempt from the AACC to the CS1K to the port TCP/8888.

We are erasing the node...
yes I did, after the change in the server utility configuration it required a restart of the server, so i did but after that the behavior was exactly the same.
