Yep, cards are displaying properly. Nothing is showing invalid in the system status. Looking in system monitor it doesn't appear that anything is trying to upload. The phones aren't powering on at all. Headed back to site with a new KSU now. Will let you guys know how it goes.
I'm thinking the issue may be that the Combo card is in slot 1. That's been something I've found to be problematic in the past. Going to have my guy swap the cards once he gets to site.

Is it going to voicemail instead? What's your no answer time set to? Remember it's actually no answer + overflow time before it gets to that overflow group. If that time is higher than your voicemail answer time that could be why you're getting the error.

I have only had bad experiences with the UC Module. Last one I installed crapped out in about 3 months. I would suggest maybe hosting VM Pro on a virtual machine instead.
You could try upgrading to 8.1.81. Also knowing what the call flow looks like would be helpful. It's ringing to the first hunt group where your receptionist is the only member? Is queuing on? What kind of hunt group? What are your timers? Does the receptionist have multiple appearance buttons?
