External transfer bug? 1

IPO 9.0.3 all digital phones with 7 analog trunks. Can't seem to transfer calls to an external number. i.e. On a call, press transfer, dial 9+555-5555, the transfer process starts but you can't press 'complete'. It only connects you to the end party, it won't fully transfer. Help appreciated. Thanks!
 
Intigrant has it right, this is in the analogue options under the specific line entries.

I guess this is enabled by default on a PRI because we never had an issue with external transfers. Probably hogs up two analog trunks right?
 
They will hang too, if you don't have reliable disconnect/disconnect clear configured and working well on those lines :)

 
Not a major deal. They are migrating to a partial PRI in the near future because it will be less expensive than their 10 analog trunks now (7 for phones, 2 alarm, 1 fax)
