    Hi Techs. I have a small problem to forward incoming DID to recipian mail box it goes to general Delivery mail box instead. Recipian Mail Box initialized and internaly works fine. There's a target line for DID.

    Hi All. Call Pilot on BCM 200 Release 3.6 not functioning. Cant get in to it trough Call Pilot Manager. Try to start manually through Service manager it just keep on going back to stop. Any idea. Thanks in advance.

    All Lights on the front are steady. Voice mail completely not functioning. At first when you click on Voice Mail it show status as disable, then i try to enable it and this is what i have, look at the attached picture. After i click OK. It goes back to disable status...
