What release is that 200 and is it patched current for the release?
What I'm suggesting you do is to just open your browser and type that into to your URL bar. Don't just go to the ip address and click on the voicemail link.
Telcodog,This is the default address of the Call Pilot using Lan 1 default.
Mtptdt, I would try rebooting your BCM first & than make sure you are patch current. From there I would be looking at re-imaging the drive & doing a Voice mail restore.
Gee, thanks pccal!!!!!What I want him to try is accessing the voicemail in a different manner than he's used to!
mtptdt, are any lights flashing on the front of your BCM? Can you do a backup? Is your voicemail even working? Can callers leave messages? Can users retrieve messages.....auto attendant answering? Don't be too quick to reboot it just yet.
All Lights on the front are steady. Voice mail completely not functioning. At first when you click on Voice Mail it show status as disable, then i try to enable it and this is what i have, look at the attached picture. After i click OK. It goes back to disable status.
I suspect another service that voicemail depends on is not starting. If you want, you can through them all and see which ones are stopped and try starting them but since you have a backup and the drive appears to be ok, go ahead and reboot it. Connect your PC to the serial port while it's booting and watch for anything that fails.
