We found that redundant One-X Portal users (One-X Portal had been installed), were taking the PhoneManager Pro Licenses! Switching the users back to Basic users resolved the issue.
We've used both the ZyXel SIP to Analogue converters and more recently the Cisco version, both work perfectly, albeit the Cisco version was better - easier to configure and the call quality seemed better.

Hi CptIpo, I had a similar problem with 1616/1608i's. After much messing around, I upgraded the firmware on each handset to the latest version at the time (R8.1 SP5) and that fixed the problem.
