Hi,

I am trying to bypass ARS to allow a single 900 number to be dialed but I apparently don't know how to do it. Currently, I have a shortcode setup for the following:
Code: 900
Feature: Dial
Telephone Number: 19007335100
Line Group Id: 1
Locale:

I'm running on V4.1(12).

I even temporarily changed the ARS entry from Busy to Dial but still no go:
Code: 1900xxxxxxx;
Feature: Dial
Telephone Number: 1900N
Line Group Id: 1
Locale:

Every time I dial it either with the short code or the full number, I get "NUMBER BUSY" with a long continuous beep.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

do you have 9 also as a shortcode ?

It's only dialtone!!!

Yes, there is a shortcode for 9.
Code: 9N
Feature: Dial
Telephone Number: N
Line Group ID: 50: [9]

Thanks for the other suggestion RobertTrendle. I did try changing my ARS entry to match what you gave but still get the same result. I'm beginning to think that maybe AT&T may have a 900 block on our circuit??
