Check the phone you're using in DB Programming. Under System > Devices and Feature Codes > Phones > (Ext #) > Associated Devices > Outgoing Extension. That should be set to 92000 if you're using ARS. Otherwise, by default it'll try using 92001 which is a default CO Trunk Group.

Customer has a HoldMusic.WAV uploaded and wants the file to reset to the beginning of the recording each time a caller is put on hold. Is there a way to do this?

Set the Overflow point of the Ring Group to VM hunt group number. As long as there's a mailbox for that ring group, it should forward to its voicemail box. Otherwise, if you have Nupoint, go into the mailbox that will be checking those voicemails, click on advanced, and make the ring group...
To save what little sanity you might have left, have you thought about possibly gifting this user a keyboard that's a bit quieter?

A 5000 is not a key system by default. I could see key systems having that feature. Customer should be using the embedded voicemail...it's pretty feature-rich.

You would just get the stutter tone when you pick up the line that has the voicemail. I can't think of a way the system could possibly interpret that and light a lamp.

Yeah, that's a big one. Calling in too many tickets will get you downgraded. Also not meeting certain selling quotas. Pretty sure online tickets aren't held against you, though. Don't really know the specifics of either case as far as number of tickets or sales required, but those are the two...
Negative. File-based MoH or External via MoH port on the back. The USB port in the front is for backups/upgrades.

And you don't burn a license for creating a User, Phone, or Mailbox. Only time a license is consumed for IP sets is when the phone is online. Soon as it goes offline, that Cat D license is up for grabs.

No. Adding phone licenses don't require reboot. In the upload license screen you'll see the little tiny fineprint on the bottom of that window telling you whether the license you're uploading requires a reboot.

You could try manually entering the Transfer to Ring feature code. 345 > (Ext #) > Hangup. Don't know if it'll work as I've never had to get that going before, but it's worth a shot.

I get the whole "path is too long" when I try to download a backup like 5 folders deep...maybe it's the same thing? See if you can redirect the install to the root of C:\ as a test.

Maybe they're actual reminder messages...never seen them used before so I couldn't say how they work, but the feature code to disable reminder messages should be by default 306. Other than that, I'm out of ideas.

I saw STP DADDY today...
Someone's really proud of being a step dad? Or maybe a huge Stone Temple Pilots fan?
