This is to the Mitel partners on this forum. What are the reasons that Mitel can use to downgrade your partner status. For example, if you open many Mitel trouble tickets for a property, can they downgrade your partner status from Platinum to Gold?

Thanks

Yeah, that's a big one. Calling in too many tickets will get you downgraded. Also not meeting certain selling quotas. Pretty sure online tickets aren't held against you, though. Don't really know the specifics of either case as far as number of tickets or sales required, but those are the two I've been told get you flagged.

I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me.

Right, I knew about the sales quotas but just wasn't sure about opening tickets. Interesting that online tickets aren't held against Partners. Thanks Hovus.

I've never heard that before and I've been dealing with Mitel since they were making DTMF to ROTARY convertors. As long as you are current with your certifications, you shouldn't have any problems with support tickets.

NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!

Status used to be about how much you spent with Mitel. Since the introduction of of the new technical certifications there is an obligation to have x number of technicians & sales staff trained to certain levels to hold the different partner levels
