Retrotel is the vendor we use for a lot of refurbished parts, Brian is great to work with and they...

Anyone have problems with NTRB33AC in RLS7.5

We are going through our spares list after an upgrade to RLS 7.5 and have been told by our vendor that other customers have had problems with these cards even though the compatibility matrix shows them to be good for this release. Thanks for any input

Call Pilot Application transfering to a group hunt number.

Sounds like it is the Call Pilot playing the message for a failed transfer. I'm not familiar with the MQUE=ACTM you reference. Can you send the calls to an ACD? Could you show us the hunt group? Could you use MCR instead of a hunt group?

    PRI, one last try

Sounds like a timing thing on the CO side to me. If at first the channels go lockout and then a few minutes later you can complete calls it would appear that the CO was not fully ready to take the calls even if they were idle on your PBX. Do the PRIs both function properly after the initial...

    Removing a phantom superloop

    Removing a phantom superloop

@BI I've never removed one either but we added 2 more groups to the switch so we moved our phantom loop out to 252. I tried that but don't get a SUPL prompt in LD17. REQ chg TYPE cequ MPED TERM TERD TERQ XCT TDS CONF MFSD DLOP PRI2 DTI2 EXT0 EXT1
